Unloader Knee Braces - The Premier Reliever

This is the fifth article in a ten-part series about knee braces for osteoarthritis.

 

Townsend Design manufactures the Premier Reliever Series of knee braces for osteoarthritis.  

This unloader knee brace can be fabricated from a photography system, measurement system, tracing system, leg scan, or cast mold.  The Premier Reliever Series of knee braces are intended for patients with thin, average, to muscular anatomy.

These knee braces are built from carbon graphite, and can be constructed with titanium, aluminum, or stainless steel hinges.  There are various shell configurations, hinge options, and colors available.

When ordering a Premier Reliever with one hinge (Premier Reliever One) use the code L-1844.  The hinge is placed on the side of the knee that has the arthritis with the Premier Reliever One.

If you need extra stability and order a brace with two hinges, use L-1846.  The adjustable side of the hinge needs to be placed on the side of the pathology.
